Roadtec's new broom

New products from Roadtec include the FM-85 heavy-duty, front-mounted broom. A patent-pending brush head allows the brush to be shifted to the side by up to 15inches (380mm) and an innovative telescoping feature allows the unit to accommodate broom lengths of 6feet, 7feet, and 8feet (1.83m, 2.13m and 2.44m). The operator station is located in a climate-controlled which has been designed for robustness and to offer excellent visibility. The new broom is a heavy-duty piece of machinery featuring an 83hp (61kW)Cat 3.4T engine. It weighs in at 6,0001bs (2.72tonnes).
