摘要

Turbot (Scophthalmus maximus), important economical flatfish species, is famous for its rapid growth and good taste. Ten microsatellite loci were isolated and examined the population structure of two turbot strains, respectively from Dalian and Beidaihe. The number of alleles ranged from 3 to 11 with the expected heterozygosity ranged from 0.5700 to 0.8973. These sets of microsatellite markers are likely to be used as studies of genome mapping, parentage determination and population genetics in this species.
