Buoyant third quarter national accounts data (released just after our November survey deadline) have been reflected in a jump in 2007 GDP growth forecasts this month. Looking ahead to 2008, however, our panel predicts slowing activity, although the economy is still expected to expand by a healthy 2.3%.
