Exceeding analyst expectations, the economy was once again extremely strong in Q4, with GDP growth of 1.2% (q-o-q) after an even more stellar 1.9% advance in Q3. The resolute performance of the Dutch economy stands it in good stead in the face of ever-threatening global headwinds. Forecasts for GDP in 2008 have edged higher this month.
