Sweden started its recovery in Q2 as a revision to GDP showed growth was flat in q-o-q terms. While this hasn't changed our panel's assessment of 2009 and 2010 forecasts have shot up. The consensus now expects a 1.7% expansion in 2010, up from 1.2% last month. Unexpectedly, though, industrial production is still contracting, by 0.5% (m-o-m) in July. This is an improvement on the declines in output of 2.0% and 2.2% in May and June, however.
