1.Seasonally-adjusted household consumption slowed from 1.2% (m-o-m) in January to 0.3% in February as a weakening labour market prompted consumers to curtail spending. The number of people out of work edged up in the three months to February while the unemployment rate remained at 3.6% - its highest since Q4 2010.
