Renewed falls in oil prices (page 27) have kept the GDP consensus unchanged in this month's survey. The central bank, which held the base interest rate steady at 0.5% in its previous two meetings, may consider another rate cut in September. Surging inflation, though, at 3.7% (y-o-y) in July may deter more monetary easing for now.
