A turnaround in Q3 saw GDP leap +5.2% (q-o-q), after the -6.0%Q2 slump. While all majorsegments of the economy picked up, overall activity did cool to +0.6% (m-o-m) in September, before the government-imposed restrictions in early November dented the direction of activity. With these unlikely to be pared back before the New Year, an output drag in Q4 looks the most likely outcome.
