The new Joint Services Com-mand and Staff College is the first college of its kind to bring together officers from the three services in a permanent training establishment and will be the Ministry of Defence's foremost learning facility for future commanders of the navy, army and air force. Up to 2000 potential commanders a year are expected to pass through the College.
