Labour reform has wrought great improvements on Australia's waterfront. Toll Holdings finally completed its prolonged takeover of Patrick Corporation on that date, and with it came the formal departure of Christopher Darcy Corrigan, Patrick chief executive and principal architect of the reform of Australia's waterfront.
