The Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach have announced their schedules for phasing out the oldest and dirtiest trucks from their terminals. Each of the two port authorities has published its own document, posted on its website, outlining a phased implementation of the socalled 'clean truck programme'. The dates for each port's schedule are identical.
