Ghana and Niger Shippers' Councils renew pact

The shippers councils of Ghana and Niger have renewed a co-operative agreement that was first signed in May 2000. The new agreement is much more detailed and will involve consultative meetings and the creation of an oversight committee which will also address and resolve any disputes that may occur.
