KCS to build new bridge in Laredo

The railroad Kansas City Southern (KCS) plans to boost its intermodal container volumes between the US and Mexico with the construction of a new bridge between the two countries. The company TranSystems is working on behalf of KCS, to conduct preliminary engineering in preparation for permit applications for the bridge to be made to the US and Mexican federal authorities.
