Puerto Rico price fixing probe results

The US domestic ocean carrier Horizon Lines has announced that it has placed six of its employees involved in the US-Puerto Rico trade on administrative leave. This is the result of the company's management's review of issues raised by the US Department of Justice antitrust investigation into pricing practices of the domestic carriers participating in this trade. The other carriers involved also include Crow-ley Maritime Corporation, Sea Star Line and Trailer Bridge. No further details regarding this issue have been revealed by Horizon Lines, except that two of these six employees have subsequently resigned from the company.
