Sri Lanka calls for new terminal bids

The Sri Lankan Government has cancelled its concession document for the development of a new container terminal in Colombo's South Harbour area. The government is now calling for fresh bids. It seems that the action was taken as a consequence of what the government referred to as 'ambiguous conditions and differences of opinion in the original tender documents'.
