APL guarantees service

APL Logistics - part of Singapore-based Neptune Orient Lines - has launched APL Guaranteed Continental, which guarantees delivery of full container loads from Asia to the US on a specified date. A 20% refund is paid if this does not happen. The service connects the ports of Shanghai, Hong Kong, Chiwan and Yantian with virtually any zip code in the US.
