DB buys Poland's PCC Logistics

Germany-based Deutsche Bahn Mobility Logistics, the owner of DB Schenker, has finalised the acquisition of Poland's largest private railway company PCC Logistics from PCC SE.rnPCC Logistics provides a wide range of services in Poland mostly through PCC Rail. These include rail transport, terminal and fleet management, freight forwarding and port services.rnPCC Intermodal is not included in the deal, however, although PCC Logistics does have an 18% stake in the subsidiary.
