The Port of Los Angeles (LA) has lost its battle to ban truck owner-operators from the port as part of its 'Clean Trucks Program' - a move hailed as a 'win for all involved1 by the American Trucking Associations (ATA). The US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ruled that a ban on truck owner-operators at the port of LA must be overturned.
