Fesco buys into TransContainer

Far Eastern Shipping Company (FESCO) has acquired 12.5% of Russia's largest container rail service provider TransCon-tainer from state-owned railway company RZD for USD138.9 million.rnThe shares were acquired during the sale of another 35% of TransContainer over the Russian stock exchange this month. It has reduced RZD's stake to 50% plus one share.
