The world's second-largest container line has made a formal approach to Antwerp Port Authority, seeking future expansion at Deurganck dock. Antwerp experienced a 0.3% decline in 2012 volumes to 8.6m teu but managed to maintain its position as the 15th busiest container port in the world.
