The regeneration of brownfield sites, especially in some of the coastal towns of south-east England, received a boost recently when a prime site became available for redevelopment in Folkestone, Kent. Bouverie Place is ideally located in the centre of the town with good pedestrian links. This central location will be one of the key elements to the successful regeneration of the town.
