Ambient sites: making tangible the subtle, ephemeral and seemingly silent

摘要

This paper proposes a transdisciplinary psycho-physics laboratory that serves as a training workshop for accelerating artistic awareness, presumably in the furtherance of personal creative maturity. It neither quantifies nature nor measures human subjects, but rather puts the tools of peripheral sensory experience into the forefront of awareness. According to some theorists, this function of art emerged from our postmodern information excesses.
