This book is both a high-level overview of the WebSphere set of engineering products for new managers and a guide for aspiring managers. It has many structures, checklists, and recommendations for implementing WebSphere technology.rnThe first two chapters are related to organization. Chapter 1 introduces several organizational models and reasons for choosing each. This chapter is an easy read and has a good flow, but the models' descriptions lack depth. Some topics are incoherent, as the author jumps into them before properly defining the scope of WebSphere engineering.
