The design of cloud workflow systems

The workflow system, in one form or another, has been around for a while in the information technology (IT) space. It supports process automation. It has often been seen as a tool to organize software as a service (SaaS). The virtualization of servers and services has led to what is generally referred to as cloud computing. Several issues confront SaaS when using cloud computing to deliver IT services.
