EDITORIAL: COLLECTIVE INTELLIGENCE ON NETWORKED INFORMATION SYSTEMS

Networked information systems have been evolving. Especially, collective intelligence is a key issue to collaboratively share knowledge and even generate new knowledge on web 2.0 platforms, e.g., blogs and wikis. Originally, there have been several concepts on this collective intelligence phenomena [1]. In [2, 3], a various patterns of human intelligence have been investigated. The common definition of collective intelligence is a shared or group intelligence that emerges from the collaboration and competition of many individuals.
