Tech Groups Honor 2009 Power CIOs

Tis the season for state and local "CIO of the Year" programs. Here's a sampling of recent winners:rn1. The Nevada Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology named Paul Ayoub, CIO at insurer Employers Holdings Inc. in Reno, as its 2009 CIO of the Year. The award cited Ayoub's successful integration of systems after a merger with AmCOMP Inc.rn2. The Executives' Club of Chicago bestowed the same honor on The Boeing Co. CIO John Hinshaw.
