Letter from the Editor

摘要

Our June 2020 issue of Computers and Composition reflects the ways the field continues to ground digital writing and literacy practices within the rhetorical tradition and contemporary composition theory, whether it be classical concepts such as amplification, or how particular tools facilitate important aspects of the composing process, not to mention critical, cultural, and ethical literacies. As always, our contributors contextualize this relationship between theory and practice and between our classical past and our current sociopolitical moment within specific online discourse communities locally, nationally, and globally, most often in a diverse array of case studies and research settings.
