Trend micro Internet Security Pro 2 offers a good selection of tools and an easy-to-navigate interface. It does the job, and if you get confused or experience problems, there's lots of built-in help, as well as free e-mail, phone, and online chat support. But we wish it were friendlier to a mix of security tools. If you try to install Internet Security Pro 2 with other security programs in place, you get an error message; you can't, say, mix and match Internet Security Pro 2's antivirus protection with someone else's firewall. Once we got going, installation took about five minutes, though the time was slightly extended by the software complaining we hadn't installed an update we had applied.
