摘要

We are in the 11 th year of our tenure as Joint Editor-in-Chief where Ian Akyildiz is responsible for regular issues and Harry Rudin is in charge of special issues. Each year we publish 12 regular and 6 special issues. We can proudly make the statement that the Journal enjoys a very good reputation throughout the global research community for its high quality and timely technical papers resulting from strict standards and rigorous, constructive and fast review process, all of which are reflected in the fact that the journal has a very healthy inflow of high quality papers.
