摘要

The use of MS devices allows application of controlled stimuli on cells and to monitor their growth in real time. The model presented in this study is well suited to predict growth phenomena under fluid flow in complex geometries. This study sheds a light on cell proliferation in perfused porous scaffold in bioreactors.
