摘要

This study revealed a leg extension imbalance, in addition to the classical trunk imbalance in CLBP patients. This opens several perspectives in this patients' rehabilitation. Even if this study did not establish any relationship between leg and trunk imbalances, it would be interesting to complete this study by studying maximal torque during hip flexion and extension in CLBP patients. Indeed, the importance of pelvic femoral body building is recognised during CLBP rehabilitation whereas only few studies deal with it.
