摘要

The membrane shear modulus of a capsule flowing in square-section microfluidic channel has been measured by an inverse analysis. A good agreement is found between the capsule profiles measured experimentally and those predicted numerically. The value of shear modulus presently obtained is in good agreement with previous work. This indicates that the method can be used to evaluate the mechanical properties of the membrane of a capsule flowing in a square-section channel.
