Editor's foreword

摘要

CLSR ends the year with another substantial issue. But first we must say goodbye to Mark Watts and his team from Bristows LLP who have for the past two years produced the EU update column for the journal, summarising recent developments in a wide range of IT, e-commerce, telecoms and intellectual property areas emanating from the European Union. A big thanks to all those involved, for this contribution. With that goodbye comes a warm welcome to Kit Burden of the Professional Board and his team at DLA Piper UK LLP who will be coordinating production of the column from Vol. 31.1.
