Indonesian hacker jailed for credit card data theft

An Indonesian man has been jailed for 10 months for stealing credit card data by hacking into US hotel computers. Illegal immigrant, Hario Tandiwidjojo, was also fined US$34 266 after admitting hacking into 60 computers. The hotel business kiosks containing the computers were operated by Showcase Business Centres. Tandiwidjojo worked for a company that serviced the kiosks and was able to bypass four password checks after obtaining passwords.
