The GPKI developing status of Taiwan and some major Asia countries

The development of Government Public Key Infrastructure (GPKI) includes a number of important issues such as Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) construction, polices, regulation and legislation, etc. In this paper, we mainly describe the developing process of GPKI in Taiwan, then concisely discuss three key Asia countries: Japan, Korea, Singapore first proposing the Asia PKI Forum, and finally make a comparison between these Asia countries. The developing cases of GPKI in these Asia countries are valuable for the country that would like to promote the GPKI project.
