Posting clips to the video-sharing service Youtube has become something of a national pastime. It's easy to upload videos from a home PC or mobile phone, and Youtube offers various ways to share movies so other people can find them. However, by far the most effective way to reach an audience is to set up your own Youtube channel and get visitors to subscribe. That way, they will automatically know when you add a new video and - courtesy of the new bulletin service - you can even send messages direct to viewers' own Youtube home pages. In this Workshop, we will explain how all these features work and demonstrate how to upload videos and tailor the look and feel of your channel so it's more distinctive.
