Remove items from right-click menus

If there is one thing that Windows applications love to do, it is add something to the context-sensitive menu that pops up in Windows Explorer whenever a file or folder is clicked with the right mouse button. It is often called the right-click menu, and while some programs make it easy to remove these items from the menu if they are not wanted, others do not.
