Alex is a new operating system designed with these simple tasks in mind and aimed at people who are intimidated by the huge range of tools in Microsoft Windows. We reviewed Alex installed on a Dell Inspiron 15R, which is a modern budget laptop, but Alex can be purchased on a disc and installed on an existing computer.
