We all get used to doing things in a certain way. For example, we all have our own method for launching programs, finding a file or opening a particular folder. While most of the time we are able to do what we want with the minimum of fuss, there are moments when we come up with some long-winded method that doesn't make much sense - but we carry on doing it anyway through force of habit. You might, for instance, find yourself constantly digging down to get to a certain folder using Windows Explorer - navigating through the same folders every time.
