The free TeamViewer app, available for Android and iOS , lets you access and control another person's Windows PC remotely from your smartphone or tablet, so you can fix their problems even while when you're away from a computer. The new version of the TeamViewer software, version 8, also lets you record your record your activity as a video tutorial (see Step 6).
