How do I get rid of Snap.Do? A well-meaning friend installed the VLC video player program on to my Windows 7 laptop because he said it would help me to watch videos. But at the same time, he somehow changed my Internet Explorer's homepage from Google to something called Snap.Do. My friend has tried to remove Snap.Do, but it keeps coming back and he has sheepishly admitted that he doesn't know what to do next. How did Snap.Do end up on my computer and how do I get rid of it? I don't want to embarrass my friend so, if you can help, please change my name.
