Q I'm running an HP G6 laptop that, when I originally bought it, had Windows 8 installed. I returned it to PC World to have a virus problem fixed and, while there, it was updated to to 8.1. Since then, I've been unable to open and use Windows Live Photo Gallery. When I try, I get a dialogue box with an error code. Any idea why this is happening and how to fix it?
