What's the threat? Scammers are sending emails claiming you need to reschedule your Royal Mail delivery. Titled 'Unsuccessful delivery attempt', the message says that "no one was available" to take the item. It asks you to click the red 'Reschedule Now' link at the bottom of the email to arrange a new time. It looks genuine because it has the Royal Mail logo at the top, and is signed "The Royal Mail Team'. It also quotes a specific time the supposed delivery was meant to happen - in our example (right) it's 9.35am on Thursday 12 November. The scammers make the missed delivery sound important by saying it's a 'Large letter' from 'HM Revenue & Customs'.
