Disable touchscreen with a simple registry tweak

In Issue 583's Problems Solved (page 69) you tried to answer my question about why my mouse pointer keeps jumping. As an update, the problem turned out to be a faulty touchscreen. I disabled and uninstalled this in Windows Device Manager, which worked temporarily, but Windows 10 then reinstalled it every time I rebooted. I eventually found a simple registry tweak that permanently fixed this problem by disabling the touchscreen. It may be of interest to fellow sufferers of faulty touchscreens.
