Drug gangs target 'free Wi-Fi' spots

Drug-dealing gangs are targeting vulnerable children who hang around in locations that provide free Wi-Fi. Teenagers keen to stay online often congregate in such areas when they've used up the credit on their pay-as-you-go phones. A report by the Howard League for Penal Reform warns that criminals will approach children wherever they hang out, which includes Wi-Fi hotspots as well as at more traditional children were being "criminally exploited and abused" because of failures in local and central government.
