Windows 10 May Update boosts searching and Task Manager

Microsoft has confirmed that 2020's first Feature update for Windows 10 will be called the May 2020 Update (version 2004), though it hasn't announced when it will be made available to install. On 16 April it released what it expects to be the final preview version of the update. It contains all the features that will be in the update, including faster PC searching. It does this by choosing the best times to run the Windows search indexer, which runs in the background and scans your files to create a search database.
