ClimaxDigital rescued video of my grandkids

I needed a new video-capture cable to transfer to my Windows PC some old VHS tapes of my grandchildren that I had taken in the early 2000s. I'd previously bought and returned three video grabbers, which I could ; not get to work. In desperation, I emailed ClimaxDigital (www. climaxdigital.co.uk), based in Spennymoor, County Durham. Within an hour they had emailed me to recommend their Video Capture Kit VCAP 302V2 (pictured). This arrived within 48 hours, but the CD-ROM wouldn't load. Within minutes they replied to my email with downloads for drivers and ArcSoft software.
