Q I had a bad experience with Virgin Atlantic when, after buying three tickets, I made changes to my flight online. I paid the amount Virgin asked, but arriving at the airport I was told £105 was still outstanding. Surely Virgin should've made it clear how much the cost was when 1 paid?
