One of the most effective ways to avoid spam emails from online services is to use a fake email address account when you sign up. Burner Emails is a new extension for Chrome and Firefox that quickly generates fake(or 'burner') email addresses whenever you need to sign up for a service. Any emails sent from the service will be sent to Burner, then forwarded to an email account you've created especially to receive spam.
