Should I replace my desktop PC with a laptop?

I could buy a desktop PC with an Inteli5-8400 processor for around £550from a company like PC Specialist,but a touchscreen laptop such asthe Dell Inspiron 5000 13 2-in-1(£650 from Amazon28320, pictured) onlycosts about £100 more- the same as adding aFull HD monitor.Would it make more sense to have the flexibility of the laptop?
